Along with the rapid development of China’s economy, the market increasingly fiercecompetition, the enterprise in order to develop that had to put in more human and materialresources. And the enterprise competition and development is ultimately a talentedperson’s competition and development. At present, With the increasingly to speed up theflow of talent, the enterprise had to deal with the question of how to reduce the personnelturnover and retain employees. We know that from the theory and the practice,newemployees entry from the first day. The necessary professional career planning is animportant means of enterprise retain employees, also is important guarantee to develop, ithas the extremely vital significance.New employees are the guarantee of the development of the enterprise reserve force,and the enterprise of fresh blood, also are an important source of enterprise vigorousdevelopment. The new employee into, on the one hand, they can help the enterprise tosolve the problem of the lack of personnel, on the other hand can also enterprises injectnew vitality into. However, the problems of instability and liquidity of the new employeesare troubling the development of the enterprise. Enterprise with the increasingly fiercecompetition how to achieve sustainable development, how to keep these talents, isbecoming a very real problem.At present, enterprise to resolve important problem is how to design new employees’career planning.In order to reduce new staff losing. this paper use the career related theory,using the literature analysis method and the questionnaire survey method, throughanalysising problems of career planning of the present enterprise new employees,From twoaspects of the new employee and enterprises, and puts forward how to do well the careerplanning about the new employees’ personal enterprise career planning and enterprise.
