With the rapid development of Chinese economy, enterprise competition isbecoming more intense, and the enterprise reform gets further deepening. As for it,the enterprise managers must face the problem of asset management in order tosurvive and to further realize its assets value and the enterprise value maximizationgoal. In the new market environment, as a result of the indivisible relationshipbetween enterprise business philosophy and social system, the enterprise managersmust re-establish asset management philosophy, and seek the asset managementmethod that adapts to the enterprise. To set up a new asset management evaluationsystem and improve the original incentive mechanism which combines with theenterprise assets management, then they will ultimately achieve the goal of theenterprise.This paper takes the actual composition of assets and assets management of Jgroup as an example, analyses the current situation and the management problems ofthe assets. And then as a result of J group after several restructuring it found that ithas been very difficult to effectively manage it with the remaining assets. A largenumber of idle assets and discarded equipment have become the burden of enterprisedevelopment. Although the asset management philosophy has long spread to China,but after a period of time, the enterprise managers have been difficult to make theright choice between the short-term profit and the long-term asset management. Andbecause of the confusion of management concept, which makes it is very difficult toestablish the correct incentive system which is used to ensure the effect of the enterprise asset management. In order to make the enterprise develop continuously,the managers need to find an effective management model.After analysis, if the enterprise should undertake asset management and establishlong-term effective management consciousness, it is necessary to set the assetmanagement objectives and methods and strengthen the asset management conceptunderstanding of the managers, and to find the available assets management modes.In addition, the company needs to build asset management performance evaluationsystem, and set the suitable financial index and non-financial index. Finally, thecompany makes the benefit evaluation results of the asset operation on real effect tomanagers through the implementation of the incentive system.The paper also discusses that it does not improve enterprise present situation byexecuting an austerity of the enterprise, such as a way of disposal of enterprise asset.If the enterprise wants to walk out the predicament, it has to use the assetsmanagement mode, invigorate the stock assets, adjust the investment direction ofincrement asset, and then form the dimensions economy of the enterprise. Finally, thispaper puts forward the corresponding suggestions for the problems of J Group.
