Since the reform and opening up30years of Chain Drug Stores Corporation to rise rapidly, not only achieved great results, but also become one of the driving force behind the development of national economy. Of Chain Drug Stores corporate human resource management, especially compensation management, there are still a lot of unscientific and irregular, the backwardness of these management concepts, and a serious impediment to the further development and growth of the chain pharmacy companies.Coordinate the work of the government focus on the policy of the development of enterprises of chain pharmacies, as well as the academic achievements of the corresponding supporting policies voluminous, countless, but how to guide the chain pharmacy corporate human resources and scientific management, standardized operation, how to build to accommodate and support the chain drugstore business relevant article of the remuneration of the management of the business development strategy can be said is hard to find nowhere theoretical guidance to lag behind the needs of practice theory vacuum, not only greatly hinder the drugstore chain size of the business to grow, but will also affect the drugstore chain enterprises life expectancy. Therefore, to highlight the new requirements of the drugstore chain theory of the firm, pointed out the drugstore chain theory of the firm’s new direction.In this thesis, was in keeping with this trend, the status quo of enterprise compensation management for the drugstore chain, starting from the theory and practice, on the external competitiveness of compensation management in the HW chain pharmacy companies, different areas of staff remuneration levels of decision-making. This article describes the development of the theory of compensation management process and an overview of the remuneration of the concept, function, theoretical basis and existing domestic and international institutional system. Secondly, the combination of the HW chain drugstore company’s compensation management status, inductive analysis of the problems currently existing in the HW chain pharmacies in different parts of the remuneration system for the analysis of underlying causes hidden behind the appearance of the problem, and proposed to optimize countermeasures. Again, the combination of personal practice experience in the work process of the HW chain pharmacy companies, summarized for the HW chain pharmacies in different parts of the pay structure of the targets to be achieved and grasp the principles and summed up the choice of compensation strategy, and then given suitable HW chain drug store company’s pay system design process.
