Enterprise Culture Supports Enterprise Technology Innovation System

Two aspects, enterprise culture and technology innovation, are indispensable to the enterprise development, which are also an important factor to constitute the core competitiveness. We can study its enterprise-tech innovation on the section of enterprise culture in this thesis, analysis how a factor of enterprise culture supports the tech innovation system, as to some extent a meaning has been produced on researching its culture as well as further to analyses and specifies the use of enterprise culture and technology innovation. Those we have done must attract people to pay more attention and research enterprise culture. In addition, to study its enterprise technology innovation is full of meanings, for which plays an important role on enhancing both abilities of competition and producing. Therefore, it’s great important to study what has been presented above.There are several parts in this thesis. First, it states the significance of enterprise-tech innovation coming from enterprise culture; Second, we discuss a series of contents according to enterprise culture and its technology innovation system; Third, we explain the details from four aspects:material, system, spirit, and manner of enterprise culture to support enterprise technology innovation system; what’s more, we study the support which comes from enterprise culture to enterprise constant technology innovation. Among these will be the relative cases analysis as a conclusion.In this thesis, we finally confirm the support from enterprise culture to enterprise technology innovation system, the latter has been put in a newer extensive background, which, one hand, make enterprise technology innovation system more comprehensive and scientific; on the other hand, emphasis on the importance of enterprise culture, which also makes sure that enterprise culture impress the existence and development of enterprise larger and larger, gradually becomes a cornerstone on enterprise competition, and a key factor on its prosperity and failure as well.
