Resilience refers some personality, ability and social resources and so on, which causes the individual, to be in the crisis scene or the pressure event, develop healthy coping strategies to maintain physical and mental health and obtain good adaptation results. In overseas, the resilience is a quite popular research subject, and the research in China has just started. As bridge and link between senior level decision makers and grass-roots level operators, middle-level managers of Non-State-run enterprises are playing an increasingly prominent role. Meanwhile they will face more events, which are more focused and more intense than other functions. As the backbone of enterprises, middle managers, their level of resilience plays a vital role to the develop of the overall resilience of Non-State-run enterprise, therefore, it has very profound significance to evaluate middle-level managers resilience and to guide its continuously improve the level of recoveryThis paper takes the Mid-level Managers in The Non-State-run Enterprise as the research object, specifically studied the each parts of the resilience of Mid-level Managers in The Non-State-run Enterprise. The paper has firstly elaborated the background and significance of the research, and based on retrieving and reading massive related literatures, the paper introduced the related the theories about the Non-State-run Enterprise, the Mid-level Managers as well as the Resilience. Under instruction of the theories, this paper elaborated the appraisal system of the Evaluation Model of the Non-State-run Enterprise Mid-level Managers Resilience, including:the principle of establishing Resilience appraisal indices system and the construction of Resilience appraisal indices system and the establishment of evaluation standards and the evaluation method. The construction of the indices system is the most important part of the paper and involves a large quantity of content. The main idea is using the Delphi method and the questionnaire survey method and the SPSS former indices system to construct the indices system of the Rsilience of Mid-level Managers in The Non-State-run Enterprise scientifically. Meanwhile, this paper has carried on the summary and the analysis to the former methods of the evaluating Resilience, introducing one more objective and more comprehensive method which named Set Pair Analysis to evaluate the Resilience of Mid-level Managers in The High and New Technology Enterprise. Finally, combining the A company case example, using the Set Pair Analysis and evaluating the Resilience of Mid-level Managers in The Non-State-run Enterprise to confirms this evaluation model, and the result indicates that the appraisal effect is good.
