As the development of economic, the continuous improvement of living standard, people have raised their requirements of the product quality. Especially recently, a series of incidents of product quality happened in our contry, which made people to be aware of the importance of quality control. And the quality control in the supply chain has become an inevitable trend. In real life, there are a lot of perishable goods. And how to make a reasonable strategy for the perishable goods is becoming a urgent problem. In this paper, we introduce the concepts and related theories of the supply chain management, perishable goods and supply chain risk. Also, we make a literature review about them, point out the problems of the study and give my ideas about the research. Then this thesis studies the supply chain planning problem. And there are two main parts in this study as following.According to the definition and classification of perishable products, the thesis defines lifecycle functions of perishable products and analyzes the application skills of lifecycle functions. And a relationship between the perishable cost and time is developed. Based on the above work, we model the supply chain planning problem based on the quality control, then develop an effective dynamic programming algorithm. In the supply chain operation process, transport risk is a main content which we have to do in-depth study. That’s because it connects all the nodes in entire network. Therefore, the thesis studies the transport risk. We take the traffic risk and weather risk into accout, which are converted into the impact on the transport time. Then, we establish the supply chain planning model under risk, and develop the algorithm. Finally, simulation experiments are designed to validate the effectiveness and their scalability to large scale problem of the dynamic programming algorithm.
