Studies Of Eco-industrial Park Construction In Benxi

Economic growth under traditional pattern has caused tremendous eco-environmental degradation and seriously restricted the development of social economy. To realize sustainable development of society and economy, the conflict between economic development and environmental protection must be settled. The concept of recycling economy emerged to come with the tide of fashion. Eco-industrial park is one of the important means to realize recycling economy With the raise of developing recycling economy and building-up harmonious society and environment-friendly society, studies on construction and management of Eco-industrial Park are becoming a hot topic.Based on field investigation and study, the eco-industrial park construction in Benxi was reflected objectively. With the analysis of actual situation of eco-industrial park construction in Benxi, the issues such as insufficient recognition of environmental influence by the main body of construction, lack of efficient supervision on entering projects, lagging of development and infrastructure construction, unfounded eco-industrial chain, and slack communication between members were found. The main reasons for these problems are the deficiency on eco-concept, admittance system, construction fund, the program of invite business and attract investment, and information systems. To solve the problem, a series of countermeasures such as strengthening propaganda and policy system construction, establishment of item filtration system and multi-financing channel, enhancement on the level of invite business, and establishment of park information system were provided. These countermeasures were proposed to solve the practical problem emerged during the development of Benxi ecology industrial park construction and would provide useful references for the construction of ecological industrial park in China.
