What reasons lead to that private enterprise in our country die young untimely? The reasons are multilateral, that they expand blindly is one of a common cause among them. At present private enterprises are confronting with a new starting and develops, When dilating, a lot of private enterprise can not avoiding traps,at the same time few private enterprises dilate rapidly and effectively.
