Research On Housing Welfare Of China With Low-incoming Groups

"Base upon the development of economy, paying more attentions about the constructions of society, ensuring and improving the conditions of people, trying to implement the rights of education, workers have obtained, medical services, retirement pays, home to live, for promoting the building of a harmonious society." This is a layout which is reported within the17th of Party congress."Home to Live" is one of the most important basic people livelihood project. The problem of housing is the focus of common people’s attention. Now, house is a commodity in our society and the price of it increasing with a fast speed. Housing welfare of low-incoming group has become more and more important, it is an important social problem which relate to the harmonious society, development of economy and stability of polity.With the process of detection of this phenomenon, the basic housing welfare has been designed, some of progenies have been obtained. However, the available housing welfare is not perfect system, lots of problems happens within the process of carrying out. Above all, it is a reasonable topic for this paper which is really necessary to do research. This paper try to show some apocalypses and anlehnung for housing welfare.The theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the scientific concept of development is the guidance in this paper. Firstly, the history of Chinese housing welfare is described in this paper. The solution of this phenomenon is proposed in this paper.This paper is composed with five chapters. The status and results of research in this field is described in first chapter. Second chapter expounds the theory and significance of housing welfare, the corresponding concepts, theory and research significance are described clearly. The existent problems of Chinese housing welfare and the process of development of country side housing welfare are written in chapter three. The solution of this problem is proposed in chapter four, the foreign experience has been used for reference, the status of Chinese society has been thinking about and combined, useful suggestions of this problem has been proposed in this chapter.
