The Optimization Of Central Enterprise MIS For Heating Supply

The energy supply information system owned by central enterprises is to provide a system of energy supply baton. Energy saving emission reduction guidance for thermal energy supply information system embodies the mandatory requirements, which central enterprises corporation imposes the thermal energy branch, also reflects assessment index of the sustainable development of society, in addition, reflects the self-provided thermal supply system legal status of important criteria.On the basis of previous studies, proceed from dilemma of three aspects of reality development, which involved the central enterprises energy saving index, enterprise society responsibility supervise index and branch of the legal basis, this article proposed the core research issues of energy saving emission reduction guidance for thermal energy supply information system; through discussing the validity of the basic model of resource and the model of" pressure-state-response", established a theoretical model and analysis of path of self-contained energy supply system, using for analyzing the energy saving and emission reduction oriented organization structure, management system and the system role; through discussing the validity of business process reengineering theory and resource dependence theory, put forward design ideas of power energy supply system, to analysis self energy supply information system’s requirement, implementation steps, system design, also including self-provided thermal supply information system optimization based on thermal meters, production executive, energy saving and emission reduction.
