Study On Several Key Issues Of Spcial Line For Cargo And Passenger Traffic

The thesis starts from analyzing and summarizing the research of heavy haul railway at home and abroad, especially focusing on expounding the development during every stage of our heavy haul railway and the trend to development. Then the railway transportion organization and its significance, characteristic, basic requirement and principle were elaborated, combining the actual situation of heavy haul railway that includes specific line and transportion organization characteristic in the central south of Shanxi province. According to the ability distribution and utilization of the whole line, the coordination and cooperation of the adjacent lines, all sorts of transportion organization modes and the situation on different speed train operation order, the carrying capacity of heavy haul railway in the central south of Shanxi has been analyzed completely and systematically, as well as carrying capacity of station throat and the train arriving and departing. A comprehensive and systematic analysis combined with the situation of the adjacent existing railway lines, passenger lines and freight lines has been made. Through the program optimization and comparison of the actual situation for the freight flow, the series of transport organization plans of the heavy haul railways in central and southern Shanxi have obtained, such as train plan, skylight setup plan, the utilization of ability to train traffic, working diagrams’drawing, etc. In order to achieve coordination between engineering, equipment, and future transport organization, optimization and management, the lines, equipments, operation and maintenance and other aspects of these heavy haul railways have analyzed ulteriorly as well as the adaptability of the future transport organization.Finally, in order to integrate collection, evacuation and transport; optimize the transportion organization and operation procedure; implement the widely used, fully preparing and overhaul technology for mobile devices; adopt centralized mode for the overhaul and preparation of permanent plant; further improve the matching technology and other aspects, some suggestions were made.Finally, in order to the integrating lection, evacuation and transport; overhauling and making full use of mobile devices; centralized-overhaul and centralized-preparation for permanent plant; further perfect a set of technology of heavy haul railway transport organization of heavy haul railway transport some advices.This study will help to improve and guarantee the capability of transporting coal outward in the central south of Shanxi province, strengthen contact of the central south of Shanxi province, north area of Henan province and the railway channel of Jiaodong Peninsula. It also has great significance to strengthen inter-regional communication, exert and integrate the resources, industry and economic advantage of these areas sufficiently, reinforce regional economic cooperation, promote the coordinated development of regional economies, construct a harmonious society together.
