The Research Of China’s Public Service Under The Internet Of Things

The Internet of Things (IOT), as a new technology revolution, is coming based on the perception technology, along with the information technology developing rapidly. From the "Smart Planet" form the Prime Minister Mr. Wen Jiabao, to "the Twelfth Five-year Plan" which clearly announced to promote the IOT development, all of them give us the signal of the IOT’s coming. Meanwhile, along with the development and application of IOT in lots of field, it will bring new opportunities and challenges for the management of the government. Under such background, its very important to discuss the opportunities, changes or even innovations for Chin’s public service under the IOT.This paper consists of four parts. The first part is introduction, briefly describing the background of the research significance, the research situation, clearing the aim of this study, framework and research methods. The second part is about the technology and development of the Internet of things both at home and abroad. The third part reviewed the current situation of public service providing in China and analyze the problems here. In fourth part, the author reviewed the current situation and problems of hygienic and medical public service in China, and described some mew modes under the IOT; at last, in the fifth part the author summarized the impact of the IOT for the public service in China and proposed a new public service mode under the IOT.
