The government tourism marketing is the floorboard of a series of marketing activities. In order to increase tourism competition in the market share, raise the awareness of the tourism destination, get more tourism revenue, the government of tourism destination takes public value as the guidance, puts the market marketing theory into the process of public management and service offering, as well as to promotion tourism destination and attract public support and participation in tourism activities.This paper analyzes market environment and current situation of Changshu government tourism marketing, carries out the tourism marketing research, monitoring and diagnosis, combined with Changshu tourism development, to construct a marketing diagnostic tool for Changshu government tourism, achieves to get a integration of four functions of the modular, including "market judgment" and "market research","marketing monitoring" and "marketing decision", provides the necessary tools for tourism market analysis in the government aspect and the strategies to promote the quality of Changshu tourism. Based on lots of material preparation, this paper takes section data to analyze the status and characteristics of tourism marketing of Changshu government, finds out the current breakthrough, then puts forward a set of feasible diagnostic tools for tourism market, provides a package of solutions to tourism marketing of Changshu government from market monitoring to marketing diagnosis, supports scientific and systematic government tourism marketing.The conclusion is that, the tourism marketing of Changshu government should fully respect the dynamic and variability of tourism market, put the contingency thought into tourism marketing management, set up a perfect marketing monitoring system to tourism destination, regularly, collect and analyze the tourism market data, comprehensively implement intelligent marketing strategy, contingency marketing strategy and integrated marketing strategy, finally we make decisions and put forward measures from the aspects of leadership and mechanism innovation. For leadership, tourism marketing of Changshu government should be led by Changshu government, organized and carried out by tourism administration, participated by each department and enterprise; for mechanishu innovation, monitoring and diagnosis institutions of Changshu tourism marketing should be timely established, professionally engage in collecting, analyzing, researching, judging the data of Changshu tourism market, as to provide first-hand material for the government tourism marketing decisions. The recent key actions of tourism marketing of Changshu government includes that, improve the tourism supporting services, continue to do TV ads, implement integrated marketing communication and so on.
