The culture shaping the youth, the youth create the future. Great Wall Drilling Company is an oil exploration companies that formed after several reorganization, the young employees accounting for up to50%, this company also face the external dramatic changes of youth values. The company also face international business, personnel decentralized, synergy drilling operations, field operations and other management challenges. The whole company has an urgent need for youth corporate cultures that comply with the characteristics of contemporary young people values, the history and current situation of the oil industry corporate culture, the Great Wall Drilling Company itself and integrate different members’culture, in order to play corporate culture’s Guiding, leading and incentives roles.This paper reviewed several classical corporate culture theories and defined several conceptions. First, this paper analysis two macroeconomic effects factors including the different periods of youth culture and different periods of the oil industry corporate culture. Second, this paper reviews the development history, strategic positioning, the nature of the business, the status quo of human resources, corporate culture status quo of the Great Wall Drilling Company. Finally, this paper analysis the Great Wall Drilling Company’s youth characteristics and its corporate culture’s management status.In a detailed analysis of the Great Wall Drilling Company’s internal and external environment,"Heritage, beyond, innovation" is the mission of the corporate culture of Great Wall Drilling Company Youth,"Steadfast, dedication, passion" is the values of the corporate culture of Great Wall Drilling Company Youth,"Common ideological, cultural sharing, the ability to hand, shared responsibility" is the goal of the Great Wall Drilling Company Youth.After explicit the core concept of the corporate culture of Great Wall Drilling Company Youth, this paper proposed "within the plastic soul outside tree, practice in shape, solid system" as the implementation strategy of the corporate culture of Great Wall Drilling Company Youth. In order to ensure that the youth of the Great Wall Drilling Company corporate culture can take root, this paper proposed"operating mode, the organizational model, implementation model" three long-term protection of the working mechanism of the youth corporate culture.
