A Study Of Dynamic Optimization Mechanism For Group Company’s Financial Management And Control

In today’s era, a country’s economic strength and the position in the international competitive environment mainly depends on the development of national large-scale group companies. The research on Group Company’s financial management and control is the natural demand derived in the process of its expansion and development, which is also the searching process of centralization and decentralization game equilibrium point. Thus, it has a strong practical significance. Firstly, this thesis operated the layer-by-layer connotation analysis in related concepts of Group Company’s financial management and control; Secondly, refined a summary of specific factors affecting the Group Company’s financial management and control model; then built a kind of dynamic optimization mechanisms for financial management and control; Last but not least, the application of this mechanism has been described.This thesis further deepened the continuous exploration for the theory of financial management and control, and also has certain significance in the group company’s operating practice. This article has creatively introduced a concept of "degree of centralization", which is the core variables to build dynamic optimization mechanism. What’s more, it can quantitatively resolve some configuration issues related to financial and administrative privileges; Building a dynamic optimization mechanism also belongs to an innovative point, which can focus the research from static to dynamic, and has more operability on practical level. This thesis intends to effectively alleviate the conflicts between the Group Company’s financial management through analyzing problems and looking for countermeasures. This thesis also wants to contribute a force for the set up of the whole theoretical system of Group company’s financial management and control.
