Construction Machinery Cost Management Information Research

With the development of computer technology, information construction has become an important part in enterprise building. The informatization of cost management can provide basis for business cost planning, cost accounting, cost analysis and decision-making, and provide timely and accurate data for enterprises. However, construction machinery manufacturing enterprises in China still have many problems in terms of cost management informatization. Some enterprises are manually doing cost management, which leads to heavy workload and low accuracy, and cannot provide timely and accurate information for the enterprise. Some enterprises have used cost management informatization construction, but cannot meet the individual needs of businesses in the construction process. Therefore, the problem of cost management informatization needs to solve.First of all, by reading a lot of literature and doing practical research, this paper explored the information current situation of construction machinery manufacturing industries and related industries. On the summary of documents, two major cost management informatization problems in construction machinery manufacturing enterprises are found:first, cost management work done by hand has heavy workload and low accuracy; second, cost management information system on the market can only meet part of enterprises’demand, while personalized needs cannot be met.Secondly, according to the current situation and existing problems of China’s construction machinery manufacturing enterprises in cost management informatization, this paper used structured system development methodology, referred to the results of cost management information in related industries and proposed design solutions of cost management information system. The system is made up of base module, sales module, planning module, purchasing module, production module, storage module and financial module.Finally, this paper took Shandong Yuanyou construction Machinery Co. Ltd as an example and used design as the enterprise informatization’s reference scenario to provide a reference for enterprise problems as well as to verify this design. During the implementation process, limitations of this program were discovered, measures for further improvement were proposed.
