Since the signing of the GATS, the international trade in services has became the most active area in the world trade. In2001, with China’s accession to WTO, international trade in services in Zhejiang Province seized the opportunity of opening up the rapid development of trade expansion and trade surplus continued to grow, tending to optimize the trade structure, but the shortage is that the trade structure is relatively simple and technology and knowledge intensity in services in Zhejiang Province is not intense enough. In this paper, we analyzed the market forces of international trade in services in Zhejiang Province from an empirical point of view; arrive at the competitiveness of Zhejiang International Trade in Services. The paper also analyzed the factors that affect an industry market forces, and proposed some suggestions to increase the trade market forces in international services in Zhejiang Province.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter expounds the background of research, the significance of research and research ideas; The second chapter generalizes domestic and international trade in services and the study of the forces of the market; Chapter3the overall present situation and the international trade in services of Zhejiang province industry development trends for the normative analysis and statistical analysis; The fourth chapter of the connotation of international service trade market power and influence factors are analyzed in theory; The fifth chapter introduced Hall model first, then based on the model theory, and according to the international trade in services of Zhejiang province in1992-2011,6subdivision industry panel data variable coefficient model was constructed, and international trade in services of Zhejiang province metrological analysis market forces.
