The development of relatively mature rural tourism can enhance the regional tourism radiation ability and promote the development of relevant industry. It’s also one of the important ways to improve the level of local residents’ recreation and promote the development of rural tourism industry, which make it very important to layout the rural tourism scientifically and reasonablyThe paper first defines the concept of rural attraction, making a brief literature study, including the spatial differentiation of rural attractions, maturity and the development of rural attractions in Hangzhou, listing some spatial theory of domestic and overseas based on that.Second, based on the evaluation model of rural attraction, it takes98rural attractions in Hangzhou as objects of study, dividing into four levels of maturity, using factor analysis and linear-weighted formula to achieve each maturity level of rural attractions.The following is the main content of the thesis, which studies the spatial differentiation of rural attractions in Hangzhou from the view of maturity perception. This chapter mainly divides into two levels:Firstly, studies the spatial differentiation of attraction type, divides the attractions into five types including scenic-edged, urban-rural, characteristic industry, cultural village, and leisure grange. The paper analyzes the current situations and features of each type, summarizes the spatial differentiation characteristics of attractions in Hangzhou by means of average distance from city center and discrete index of attractions; Secondly, using the cyclotron radius divides Hangzhou into18layers, Analyze the current situations and features of each maturity level, summarizing four driving factors of spatial differentiation. Then it establishes its own space layout pattern consisting of two axis and three rings according to the characteristics and spatial differentiation of rural attractions in Hangzhou.Finally, summaries several issues such as unbalanced development between regionals, banal of activities etc. from the view of space perception, and brings out some measures and strategies as possible constructive ideas and helpful references in terms of government instruction, marketing and so on.
