This paper is based on the inequivalence problem between gaining the benefit and paying the labor in international trade, which is indicated in the US dollar tripartite rights and US dollar consideration rights. Summing up the profit distribution in the international trade and the theory of global value chain, combining the theory of comparative advantage, economies of scale and economic organization, the source and distribution of the interests in the global value chain is derived. This paper will focus on China, and concisely analyzes the history, current status and future development trend of China in the global value chain. By changing the Broad Economic Classification (BEC), the article empirically analyzes the characteristics of China’s division of labor in value chain, the development trend of all kinds of commodities in international trade. Then comparing the similarities and differences between China and other developed and developing countries, and using index analysis and regression analysis the paper illustrate that our country is in the "painful transitional stages".
