A Study On The Relationship Of Regional Culture And Regional Harmonious Development Of Zhejiang Province

Imbalance on regional economy is objectively existed, andthere are many complex and various reasons. Many scholars areconfined to the economic phenomenon itself in their way toexplain the regional economic disparity. However, this papertried to put cultural factors into the regional economictheoretical analysis. It focuses on how cultural factors affectthe region economy development, and attempts to make ascientific and rational explanation of the imbalances existedin the economy development of Zhejiang. Finally, the paperproposes some suggestions of the direction and path about howour culture should change to be more suitable for the economy.This paper draw a conclusion that it’s the differentregional culture in Zhejiang which leads to the disparityexisted in Zhejiang. Culture mainly influences the economicdevelopment through three channels: Firstly, culture caninfluence the formation of the main entrepreneur stratum througha cultural unconscious way; Secondly, culture can affect theformation of the regional market economic environment through various form paths; Thirdly, heritage culture can promoteregional cultural industry development. Comprehensive functionof culture will result in comprehensive evolution and upgradein regional production organization, industrial structure andeconomic system. And it finally promotes the regional to upgradeits agricultural society to industrial society and realizeregional economic development goals.This paper is based on human capital formation theory andit will widely absorb the researches of related disciplines associal psychology and so on. It applies to a systematic theory.The paper mainly use the historical materialism to analysis thehistory of Zhejiang’s regional culture and view the regionalculture as endogenous variables in the system of economic growththrough the theory of location.
