With the acceleration of global economic integration and increasingly frequent international economic activities, the role of the port as the doors and the windows of the country's opening up have become increasingly important. As one of the main features of the port development,the port economy can effectively promote economic development of their city as well as the regiona,which not only has the significance to the economical development of the harbor city,but also plays a vital role in the development of the region'economic. Tianjin Port is the largest port in north of China, in the intersection point of the economic circle of Beijing and Tianjin city belt and the Bohai sea, in the location of the Capital Gateway and in the starting point of Eurasian Continental Bridge. Tianjin is also an important economic center in the north, whose economic hinterland Involve Tianjin, Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi and Henan, Shandong and so on and has the total area of 4.5 million square kilometers,46.9% of the country's total area.Tianjin should have a positive attitude to exploit the advantages of the port to led the Bohai Sea area and north China's development.This article researches and study the relationship between the port development and the regional economic development. The port also depended on the city development as well as economic development and enhance the competitiveness of the port. This article analyze theoretically and qualitatively the mutual influence of the port and the regional economy, and earn from the experience gained from advanced foreign port by the City Interactive. According to the actual situation of Tianjin Port and the regional economy, This article explaines quantitatively the interaction and coordinated development of the port and the regional economicy by establishing a system power model terms. Finally, the article discusses the Tianjin Port and Regional Economic Development Strategy and put forward suggestions. |
