On the basis of investigation for automobile enterprise production-scene and a largenumber of excellent access to domestic and foreign literature about the solution of JIT onmixed flow, a mathematical model is build with the relational structure of main-branchhybrid Flow shop in order to study the synchronous problem.The paper illuminates detailedly for the of main-branch flow shop synchronousproblem from four aspects: the solution of the synchronous problem, the establishing ofmathematic models, the optimizing of the arithmetic and the analysis of a case.First, this paper illuminating the operation way of flow shop, the target of JIT, thecharacteristics of main-branch flow shop, analysing the relationship of hybrid flow shopand production planning and scheduling, and confirm the solution of synchronous problemis scheduling optimization.Second, this paper decompositing do the objective, mapping calculated for each target,regard variation period of buffer inventory as calculation period. On the basis of therelational structure of main-branch hybrid flow shop characteristics and the output demandof main production, subsidiary production and synchronous subsidiary production,establishing the mathematical model.Third, calculating with quantum genetic algorithm (QGA), optimizing the QGA, andproving the feasible and efficient.Finally, with the data of Jinbei final assembly plant, this paper gives the simulationexamples, and proves plausibility and validity of the mathematical model which solves themain-branch hybrid flow shop synchronous problem.
