Research On Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Sports Insurance For University Students In Hubei Province

With the development of sports, the sports constantly tend to be competitive, physical risks are also gradually increased, sports injury accident occurred frequently. In recent years, college students sports injury disability and even death because many of the events, the resulting students, parents and schools of responsibility between the bifurcation problem is increasingly intense, how to solve this problem has become a topic of concern. College sports insurance can not only make the school more complete implementation of quality education, can also reduce the school and family in sports injury accident occurred after the economic cost. So the university sports insurance research can alleviate the contradictions and disputes, can guarantee college students’ physical and mental health of physical education in Colleges and universities, can guarantee the normal development of school sports insurance, can fill the blank of the study.This study of seven of Hubei province college students and teachers were investigated, by using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, case analysis, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics analysis. In recent years through analysis of typical cases, to the Hubei province university student sports insurance current situation, put forward to build the necessity of college sports insurance system. And foreign sports insurance are compared, pointed out that our country sports insurance deficiencies, in view of the existing problems and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The results of this study are as follows:1、Hubei province college student number, constitution is relatively poor, students participate in sports often understood, to participate in the activities of the project also exists difference.2、College students sports injury problems need to solve sports insurance.3、Hubei province college students for sports risk of lack of scientific and effective risk management measures.4、University Students’ independent insurance consciousness difference, insurance forms most of their own contribution. 5、Insurance for more than300years of history, but in China, the insurance industry started late, only history of a few years, sports insurance development is slow. The school and the family face the risk of PE cannot can depend on, unclear responsibilities and rights.6、The insurance company service personnel uneven, after sale service unsatisfactory, claims procedures complicated phenomenon has the insurance industry in the hearts of the people a good impression to sell at a discount greatly, more students reduced the insured confidence.
