Based on the analysis of questionnaires about the technical innovative capabilities of construction enterprises in Hunan and the research findings of technical innovation theory at home and abroad, the technical innovation of construction enterprises in Hunan has been studied within the self-organization theories. The thesis is summarized as follows:(1) First of all, the connotations and features of innovation in construction industry are explored. Meanwhile, according to the analysis of technical and managerial innovation contributing to the development of construction industry in China, the strategic principle of innovation and development in construction industry focuses on the technical innovation and takes the management innovation as the forerunner. Second, based on the review of technical innovation theory at home and abroad, the main connotations and features of the technical innovation of construction enterprises are analyzed. Finally, the technical innovative capacities of construction enterprises can be divided into investment capacity, output capacity and supportive capacity.(2) According to the research and development(R&D) related data of construction industry in Hunan and the analysis of statistic results of questionnaires on the technical innovative capacities of construction enterprises in Hunan, it is found that the input of R&D finance and personnel and research achievements of construction industry in Hunan is at the low level. At the same time, the thesis has analyzed the following aspects:the information source, government support policy, restrictive factors, personnel management and activity performance of the technical innovation of construction enterprises in Hunan. At last, obstructive factors of the technical innovation and development of construction enterprises in Hunan are analyzed and sequenced. In order to eliminate the obstructive factors of the technical innovation and development of construction enterprises in Hunan, it should start from the driving force mechanism.(3) It builds up the indicator of the technical innovative capacity of construction enterprises and assessment system from the aspects of technical quality, system and mechanism. strength and construction, informationization.competition competent, the output and efficiency of enterprises. It adopts the questionnaires and AHP to calculate the weight co-efficiency of the indicator. It finally sets up the evaluation standards and the score of the indicators by the hundred mark system. In accordance with the evaluation chart of the technical innovative capacity, the innovation capacity of construction industry can be evaluated quantitively.(4) In terms of the exploration of the driving force mechanism model of the technical innovation, it explains the connotation of the mechanism of the technical innovation of construction enterprises. Then the formation of the mechanism model is analyzed from the perspective of the system. It has mainly studied about the element composition, the mutual relationship among the elements and the operative methods of driving force mechanism of the innovation. Finally, it sets up the driving force mechanism model of the technical innovation based on the Haken model through the analysis on the features of the self-organization evolution. The relationship among their elements can be quantized within the model.(5) Started from their external environment and the inner capacity building, it provides the strategies and advice on improving the innovative capacity of construction enterprises in Hunan. |
