A Study On The Competitiveness Evaluation Of Hunan Province's Construction Machinery Listed Company

As the basic of equipment manufacturing, construction machinery is playing an important part in the development of the national economic. Along with the development of the industrialization, the influence of Hunan's construction machinery has promoted rapidly, construction machinery has become one of a pillar industry which grows up quickly in Hunan province, at the same time, construction machinery is one of the significant contribution on economic growth in Hunan province. Meanwhile, compared with the other domestic provinces, there were some problems of Hunan's construction machinery. The research on the competitiveness of Hunan's construction machinery has practical significance.The paper analyzes the present development situation of Hunan's construction machinery through the research on the theory and evaluation method of the listed companies'competitiveness. According the development characteristics and actual situation of the listed companies of Hunan's construction machinery, this article established a index system which suits to evaluate the listed companies'competitiveness of Hunan's construction machinery, divided into scale strength, solvency, profit ability, operation ability, development ability, technical quality and human capital. The index system was set up of 14 indexes, the results show that the companies'competitiveness of Hunan's construction machinery is power, especially in capacity development and profit ability. But also, there are some problems, the three construction machinery of Hunan province have poor performance on solvency and operation ability. Based on the results of factor analysis, finally the article proposes solutions to enhance the competitiveness of Hunan's construction machinery, first, continuing to expand the scale and gaining the scale of economies; Second, improving the personnel training system, increasing investment in human capital; Third, strengthening the management of liabilities and accounts receivable; Fourth, strengthening research and development, and continuously improving core competitiveness. The last chapter is conclusions and perspective.
