In the21century, harmonious employee relationship is the key of keeping talents in enterprise along with the rapid development of high and new technology industry, intensifying competition between enterprises, and increasingly fierce competition about the human resources. At present, more and more high and new technology enterprises introduce employee relationship management, but they have shortcomings in implement and the system is not perfect. Therefore, practicing employee relationship management, establishing and perfecting the employee relations in high and new technology enterprise have important significance to improve the enterprise management level.This paper takes Hunan Flydisc New Material Co.,LTD employee relation management as the research object. We make investigation and analysis about the company’s employee relationship management guided by related principle combining with its development strategy and the practical situation. Then, we put forward strategies to improve the management of employee relation. As interview and questionnaires show, the problem in this company was concentrated on internal communication insufficiency, the lack of effective staff mood management, imperfection of enterprise culture construction and the absence of opportunity to involve in the management for employee. To solve these problems, we come up with improving communication system, carrying out the humanized management and strengthening the employee involvement in management. Despite the improvement scheme is targeted, scientific and reasonable, but there are still some problems in the process of implementing. Thus, there are security measures at the end of the paper.Based on the investigation and analysis method, using employee relationship management related theory, we make comprehensive analysis and raise improvement methods which not only make the company employee relation management more scientific and perfect, but also lay the foundation for the competitiveness of the company. This paper also provides reference for other high-tech enterprises to construct their own employee relationship management system.
