| Since the21st century, service outsourcing as a kind of emerging trade pattern has developed rapidly in the global scope. The scale of the global service outsourcing continues to expand and the field to deepen. In order to conform to the direction of global economic development, and to develop and undertake service outsourcing better, China has established21demonstrated cities of service outsourcing, and manage to perfect the infrastructure of service outsourcing and related laws, etc.Since the reform and opening up, China relying on extensive growth mode of foreign trade derived the rapid growth of foreign trade. After keeping more than30years sustainable growth, the growth mode of foreign trade suffers from the double bond of resources and environment. As a consequence, the deep contradictions, such as the lower economic benifit, and the slower industrial upgrade, etc., begin to highlight, which constraint the sustainable development of China’s economy seriously. Extensive growth mode of foreign trade is related to China’s service industry backward closely. Service outsourcing as the new growth point of service industry, provides an opportunity for the transformation of China’s growth mode of foreign trade.The paper adopts the research method of the combination of theoretical and model analysis. First, through establishing the index system of the growth mode of foreign trade and using quantitative index decomposition method, it quantizes the growth mode of foreign trade. Further more, the paper analyzes the transmission mechanism of the influence of service outsourcing on the transformation of growth mode of foreign trade. That is to say, through motivating the optimization of export structure, thw third industry structure, the service trade competitiveness and the knowledge spillover, undertaking service outsourcing promotes the trandformation of China’s growth mode of foreign trade. Second, in view of the level of theory and matric empirical model, it analyses the effection of undertaking service outsourcing on the transformation of China’s growth mode of foreign trade. The paper selects time series data from1997to2011to establish the error correction model. The empirical model results show that the service outsourcing is the Granger reason of China’s export structure, the third industry structure and service trade competitiveness, that there is a long-term equilibrium and short-term dynamic relationship between variables, that undertaking service outsourcing promotes the optimization of China’s export structure, the third industry and service trade competitiveness. Then the paper puts forward the ransformational direction of China’s growth mode of foreign trade. Finally, in order to undertake service outsourcing better and faster, and to seize the opportunity that undertaking service outsourcing promotes the transformation of the growth mode of foreign trade, it puts forward some relevant policy suggestions. |
