The Study Of Countermeasures To Change Foreign Trade Growth Mode In Shanxi Province

Consumption,exports, investment are three carriages for driving China's economic, compared with consumption, exports and investment are more contribution to the economy. the local economy have similar economic phenomena. Shanxi Province, the traditional comparative advantage by virtue of such resources, labor, vigorously develop foreign trade, export of coke, coal, metals such as magnesium and stainless steel sheet, creating a large number of foreign exchange to contribute China's total imports and exports. But this is typical of the extensive growth mode of foreign trade, with reduction of non-renewable resources amounts, increasing of anti-dumping and countervailing proceedings, environmental pollution, Shanxi Province, urgently changes foreign trade growth mode.By analyzing 20 years of foreign trade development in Shanxi Province, There are some problems and also new developments of foreign trade growth. The roots of the problems are the comparative advantage of passive dependency, in the high energy consumption, heavy pollution and production, industrial structure and falling production mode. We should become these advantages to dynamic comparative advantages, increase awareness of innovation, the use of high technology, adding the contemporary concept of recycling economy into new growth of foreign trade, improve labor productivity, the implementation of intensive growth mode of foreign trade.This article use Nash equilibrium to analyse the enthusiasm between transferor and undertaker, so the undertaker can optimize the export structure through industrial transfer; through empirical analysis between the growth of processing trade and foreign trade, use the smile curve to improve the additional value of processing trade products and industry chain; promote the concept of circular economy to actively transfer enterprises to an recycle-based economical ecological model.
