Under the form of the current economic development, we have already quickly followed the age of "service economies". The information technique industry is quickly increasing by per annum30%ratios because of the rise of this information technological revolution。Accompanied with this, the IT service industry is to obtain a quick development.This research first introduced the Daheng Company, discussed the operation mode of Daheng Company and the character of Daheng Company. Then, the paper analyzed the competitive circumstance out of Daheng Company with the PEST model, and then summarized the SWOT of Daheng Company, with plenty of industry analysis report and data charts. And then, research and design the market strategy of Daheng Company services by lots of western marketing theories, such as4Ps,4Cs,4Rs,4Vs and IMC etc. Meanwhile, as the information technology is quite a good marketing method, the paper also summarized and made some innovation methods about the marketing which based on the services marketing, internet marketing and the relationship marketing.
