Suzhou High-tech Zone Of Digital Urban Management Information Construction Project Feasibility Analysis

There are many new and more complicated urban management issues with China’s urbanization advancement speeding up and social developments, and that makes the traditional models of urban management run into a difficult position. The ideas, modes and means in traditional urban management lags far behind, and there is an urgent need to use informationization means as technical support to create a new mode of urban management. At present, under the background of rapid construction and development of "digital city", some of cities and districts in China have explored and created the new mode of urban management and they have built the informationization urban management system. With the help of digital technical means and grids management mode, they can break the situation of intersected urban management, and establish the urban management linkage mechanism. The promotion of the efficiency and level of urban management is good for protecting the urban daily operation, fulfilling the urban development plan, improving the urban environment, and help to enhance city image and improve quality of people’s lives. It will finally promote the sustainable development of city’s economic and society.The thesis first introduced the background and importance of the project of digital urban management informationization construction in Suzhou New District, and then pointed out the fundamental differences between the digital urban management mode and the traditional urban management mode in the institutional and technical with the example of pilot cities such as Beijing and Hangzhou. On this basis, the thesis then analyzed the technical and economic feasibility of digital urban management in Suzhou New District with the theoretical basis of the knowledge of project feasibility analysis, the implantation plan of organization and management and the expected result. Finally, there are the conclusion and a reasonable outlook of the future development of the digital urban management in Suzhou New District.
