Digital city management is a product of highly developed modern information technology combined with traditional city management,will be more than a dozen digital city technology integration application to city management,achieve full time monitoring,comprehensive coverage of the modern city management model.China's digital city management work started in October 2004 in Beijing city of Dongcheng District initiated and implemented the "exploring million meter unit grid city management model",according to the State Ministry of housing announced the digital city management city around the pilot list,set off a new upsurge of a digital city construction management.Extensive use of digital city management,and promote the city management process reengineering,enhance the management of the city's timeliness and effectiveness,and continuously improve the ability of daily management and emergency disposal of the city,promote the city management by the "assault" to "long" and "experience" to"rule of law","extensive" to "fine",so as to promote the city management towards humane,scientific and long-term development direction.Kunming City,digital city management as the second batch of pilot city,started construction of digital urban management system platform in 2008,Panlong District followed,the digital urban management system platform to complete the basic construction and put into use in December 2008.After nine years of development,the number of Panlong District Management Office has gradually developed,which greatly promoted the city to continue to improve the management level.Along with the "Internet plus" era,and the trend of national advocacy for the construction of smart city,our region has entered the digital urban management intelligent city management system platform construction preparatory stage.The research of digital city management in Panlong District is divided into four parts,the first part discusses the concept and the related theory of digital city management,the second part introduces the status quo of digital city management in Panlong District,the third part of Hangzhou city and Qingdao City,Baltimore city as a typical case analysis of digital city management experience at home and abroad,the fourth part summarizes the countermeasures and suggestions of digital city Panlong District management development,to ensure a smooth transition into the digital city construction wisdom city construction,so as to improve the level of city management and public service level.
