A Study On Economic And Trade Cooperation Between China And Russia

Economic globalization is an inevitable trend of the development of the world economy. Research the cooperation and development of different type states have a very important practical and theoretical significance. In2008, the international financial crisis has changed the international economic status between the developed countries and the developing counties. The old international division of labor pattern must be adjusted. Since the emerging economies are a representative of the vast number of developing countries, study the economic cooperation between them is necessary. This article selects Russia which has the same economic transition background and in similar economic development stage with our country, as the research object, combing the bilateral economic and trade cooperation history summarizing the existing problems and putting forward the corresponding solving measures for promoting the two countries’ economic and trade cooperation towards a higher level.The innovation of this paper lies in melting economic transition into the international trade research, under the global financial crisis environment, selecting two countries with economic transition, this paper will also combined with Russia’s accession to the WTO, using the latest data, from trade, investment, finance and labor services cooperation those four aspects comprehensive analysis the economic and trade cooperation present situation between China and Russia, summarize the problems existed, and put forward some corresponding policy Suggestions.The research methods of this paper including comparative analysis method, combination of macro and micro analysis method, as well as static and dynamic analysis method.The paper has five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction part, mainly elaborated the study background and research significance, domestic and foreign literature review, this paper used research methods and thesis structure and innovation places. The second chapter began to introduce the trade present situation between China and Russia, selecting the beginning of the transition of Russian economy as the starting point, mainly introduces economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, analysis economic and trade cooperation problems, summarizes the influence factors. The third chapter expounds the new situation of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia, including the international financial crisis, the Russian entry into the WTO and the adjustment of industrial structure between the two states. The fourth part from the automobile cooperation, energy cooperation, military cooperation and financial services cooperation aspects, summarize the main areas of economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia in the future. The fifth chapter respectively from the bilateral and unilateral point, put forward policy recommendations or deepening the bilateral economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia.
