The development of knowledge economy makes knowledge staff as knowledge carrier of human capital becomes the important source of modern enterprises enhances the core competitiveness. On the people-oriented human resource consulting company, talent is directly determines the development of the company and professional degree. In2008after the global economic crisis, each industry should pay more attention to the high-end talent recruitment and retention; thereby making professional consultant talent contention is unusually intense, reasonable promotion system has become the important weight of the talent competition. How to construct the rational consultant promotion system is to promote company core competitiveness, improve the growth of talent mechanism, and reduce the loss of core talent, to realize the sustainable development of enterprise and employee occupation career development win-win" effective tool.This article selects the object of study, TK Company is a multinational listed a wholly owned subsidiary of Human Resources Inc., its role as China’s IT industry division. The staff for the majority of independent IT industry full-time consultant, in recent years because of the consultant talents market competitive environment, as well as the promotion system is not perfect the internal reasons, consultants has been at a high loss of state. Therefore, based on the analysis of the consultant characteristics, based on TK’s Advisory promotion system’s present situation analysis, pointed out that the TK company in consultant promotion evaluation problems in; put forward TK headhunting company in multinational head-hunting fusion process on the Advisory promotion evaluation new requirement; combination of competency model and other human resource management theory, to construct the science reasonable promotion system. Finally, put forward the effective scientific promotion system to optimize the allocation of human resources and enterprise staff stability to will produce main effect.Based on the relevant target theory and consultant staff demand factors research on TK Company, the promotion system analysis and optimization process, for the enterprise provides a referential solution. Among them, about the promotion system, promotion strategy structure, long term variable and fixed promotion incentive scheme but also for other types of enterprises to provide quality experience and methodology.
