Since1990s, team has become one of basic organization form in international company. Meanwhile, with the pace of standardization of world economic and integration of regional economic, it is incredible trend to run business in international way. In the depth of development of globalization, it is not isolated development by the country border. The effective management adapts to different culture, different policy and different technique, which made team in diversity. The company must face the challenge of multi-culture in cross-country management, and cut trading cost resulting from the culture friction. In addition, in the eye of global operation, to build up self cross culture team and achieve the global target.Culture difference is one of major factors to make culture conflict, therefore, it became major topics for this essay to discuss and analyze how to deal with culture conflict and how to avoid many troubles resulting from culture differences. To put one multinational company as a real case, editor made analysis in management style, management method and management policy. This essay found the reasons why the company faced management challenge are, the difference between communication methods, power level and time management by means of culture testing. Based on it, in form of case study, data statistic, methodology analysis, editor tried to find the solution how to manage the cross-culture team and make reference to more other multinational teams’development.This essay consists of6parts. Part one is purpose and theme of this essay; Part two is to review the relevant theory of multinational team and culture difference, and the connection between culture and multinational team; Part three is company A case; Part four is result on culture testing and find out the relationship between culture and multinational team management; Part five is to suggest any improvement measures on multinational team management; Part six is to summary and point insufficient.
