The sustainable development of an enterprise depends on its core competitiveness fundamentally.Human capital management has been already proved to be the critical role in keeping its core competitiveness.Employee Satisfaction decides on customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction decides on profitability.Employee Satisfactoin Survey (ESS) provides the chance to get to know employees.ESS is a useful tool for both employees and employers to communicate with each other. More and more enterprises will launch ESS once every one or two years to know what their employees are thinking about their job,their attitude towards company.By doing that, enterprises find a channel to communicate with employees to detect their development bottle necks and seek ways to solve them.ABCD is set as research object in this paper. SPSS16.0is used to analyze survey data by conducting descriptive statistics analysis, realiability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis and non-parametric test. Through analyzing situational factors within organization and personal impact factors, the author detects certain employee satisfaction related problems like work-life is not balanced, compensation and benefits are not fairly paid, career development opportunities and room are limited and internal communication is not smooth. Some tailor-made proposals about improvement solutions are made, including introducing outsourcing business model to mitigate workload and pressure,improving company information transparency and building environment of knowledge sharing culture,optimizing compensation and benefits system;improving career development system and strengthening the enterprise branding construction and business strategy communication.
