To achieve a balance of three aspects in limited time need to make use of quality management tools.6σ design is such a quality and statistical methods.6σ improvement tools can be used on the improvement of existing products or processes,6a design tools and management can be applied from the early phase of product design or process, making the product naturally meets the target of6a quality. The6a design focuses on the customer demand. By utilizing the robust design of new products, the product can achieve the6σ goals without waste and meet customer demand at the shortest time frame.This article describes the use of6a design tools and management methods in the early design stage that optimizing the strength of the performance of the industrial control switch products. The project starts from customer demand. After collecting customer demand product and the use of the house of quality tools, the voice of the customer were optimized and prioritized and converted into detailed engineering factors. By considering the relationship between the customer requirements and engineering factors, conceptual designs were completed. Then establishing a mathematical model to optimize the design parameters, making the system is the most robust and making it non-sensitive to the noise. Verifying the effectiveness of the design process and then finally, using the project data to illustrate the improved results.
