Firstly, six sigma design, quality function deployment, theory of invention problem solution and robust design method are explained, with priority of QFD, integrated many design tools and methods into DFSS mode, such as VOC(voice of customer),QFD,DFMA(design for manufacture and assembly), scorecard, DFMEA (design for failure mode and effect analysis),TRIZ,RD(robust design),tolerance design and reliability design,and so on.Then, put forward the key technology of DFSS - how to transfer cusomer's request to function paramater based on QFDI, and solve the existing negative correlation function parameters in QFDI, i.e. technical conflict, and put forward related concept design and robust design based on the taguchi method, to solve optimization of part parameters and tolerance design in QFDII. Focus on problems during QFD,set up DFSS mode based on QFD, shorten product development cycle time, avoid the loss of customer demand;to avoid or reduce design flaws duering the operating process,apply robust mind in DFSS,optimize design parameters by DOE and taguchi method,take into account quality loss of function reruiement and control cost of design parameters,set up optimized mathematics mode upon non-line tolerance of cost vs quality,eliminate bias,reduce deviation, properly distribute tolerance of design parameters to make the product function design to meet the needs of customers and quality level of six sigma from the beginning.Finally, the auxiliary application of six sigma design method in R&D of mobile LCD panel modules, simplify design structure and avoid patent conflict through design method of six sigma to make functional requirements to meet real quality level of six sigma from the beginning of design;at the same time,optimize design parameters,decrease process wave,reduce design cost to avoid function defects,concept defects and operation defects during design.
