Researeh On Core Competitiveness Analysis And The Countermeasure Of Natioanl Coal Enterprises

This paper studies on the core competitiveness promoting countermeasures of the coal enterprises based on the core competitiveness analysis. The Inner Mongolia Energy company is taken as an example case. The characteristics and the composition of the core competitiveness of the coal enterprises are firstly analyzed. Then the current status and the company culture of the Inner Mongolia Energy company, the main problems and causes in the core competitiveness of the company, and the setup of the core competitiveness are studied. Finally, the promoting countermeasures of the core competitiveness for the company are presented. The study shows that the core competitiveness of the coal enterprises mainly depend on the enterprise culture, the knowledge management and the professional ability, among which the enterprise culture is the most important. By far, the national coal enterprises face the problems of culture innovation lacking, payment system handicap, management irrationality, etc. To promote the core competitiveness of the national coal enterprises, the culture innovation, technology innovation, the system innovation, the payment improvement, and the staff quality improvement are needed. The enterprises can only keep advantages and obtain more profits by promoting their core competitiveness. The study in this paper offers a reference for the core competitiveness setup and promoting of the coal enterprises and therefore has active meaning.
