Along with the joint development of industrialization and informatization, how toevaluate the effect of the electric power supply enterprise Information system building withscientific and objective method, sum up experience lesson, upgrade enterprise managementlevel and Competitiveness,having a vital significance.At the same time, electric power industry in our country is gradually transformed tobuyer’s market, more and more emphasis on customer-centric service philosophy. Through theelectric power marketing information management to improve the customer’s service level, isthe inevitable choice of power marketing management.Electric power marketing informationsystem is increasingly important.This research is to study the post-project evaluation on the project of FS electric powerenterprises marketing information system(FSMIS).According to the characteristics of projectand this post-project evaluation, the selected index and analysis arounding the project macrogoals, enterprise management income,and finally thus reaches a conclusion on the post-project evaluation.In the selection of GD Power Grid Corp post-project evaluation index system ofinformatization, the post-project evaluation of FSMIS including project goals, the wholeprocess of project implementation, the project success degree of benefit, affect the project andsustainable degree. Using project success degree method, the results for A, the project issuccess.I hope that this research may provide certain reference for the construction andapplication of electric power marketing information system.
