Study On The Development Of Service Industry Of Confinement Nurse In Guangdong Province

This paper aims to analyze the current situation of service industry of confinement nurse in Guangdong province, summarizes the problems existed in the service of this industry and carries out a corresponding analysis on the existing problems, based on which it puts forward the views and the corresponding countermeasures as well as the suggestions. As shown by the results, the improvement of the service industry of confinement nurse plays an important role in meeting the demands of social development, increasing the employment of women in rural areas and promoting the upgrade of internal structure of service industry. Guangdong, in particular, is an economically advanced province that has a large demand for confinement nurse. In this sense, it is of great significance to develop this industry. Practice has demonstrated that the development of confinement nurse necessitate sound social, institutional and educational environment, which also needs the support of the government and the relevant department.Research has shown that, government and housekeeping service supervision department play an irreplaceable role in promoting and regulating as well as guaranteeing the development of confinement nurse industry. Governmental departments shall regulate the market order, and strengthen the industry behavior so as to standardize and socialize the service industry of confinement nurse in Guangdong province. The superintendent office shall also encourage technical development of the industry, enrich the industrial substances, provide the training of quality education and enhance the service level.
