Matsushita once said:"A genius entrepreneur always seizes the opportunity to put staff development and training on the important agenda". Unless the enterprises build their own core competitiveness, they can remain invincible in the future market competition. The competitiveness of enterprises usually reflected in the talent competition,the competition of the overall quality of staff, so the key to the development of a business is whether their employees have strong competitive. Staff training as an important means the main method to improve the quality of employees is more and more highly regarded by the business managers, and how to training employees has become thekey for enterprises to gain competitive advantage.Recent years, enterprises training and training teaching level has improvement a lot, especially some large-scale enterprises, their training of their employees has reached a very high level, even some have their own staff training schools. But most of enterprises in our country are lack of knowledge on the staff training. Their staff training mainly limited in knowledge and skills, and lack of awareness on their own corporate culture, staff working attitudes, career planning and so on, this leads to low working initiative and high turnover rate. In addition, most companies only focus on the effect of training on-the-scene, and pay less attention on the employee behavior in the future, even they can not “give full scope to the talents and turn material resources to good account”. They don’t have clear positioning of the training, so we can say their training is invain.In fact, only if we mix up the staff training with the business development goalsand job skill requirements with staff career, and do in-depth and detailed job demandanalysis before training, also make the content of the training design in order, we canensure the training effectiveness.A complete enterprise training system construction process mainly related5parts, the analysis of corporate training needs, the design of the of corporate training process, corporate training content design and development, training implementation and training effectiveness evaluation, each link between the independent and mutually premise inseparable. This study on the basis of analyzing domestic and foreign enterprisesemployees training model, integrate theory with practice and adopt teaching system design to analyze the integration point of the instructional design model and corporate training model. By compared the actual effect before and after training, it explored a se ts suitable training model for the enterprise internal actual needs, which have great significance on improving the training effect and the development of enterprises.
