The world is undergoing profound changes in the21stcentury. Enterprises have to utilize allavailable resources to ensure their survival in the age of economic globalization. And customerservice has drawn increasing attention under the circumstance. Upgrading customer service ischeaper in sense of capital investment, and is of equal significance when compared to improvingof vital importance in improving enterprise benefit and strengthening the competitivepower.WISCO is a large state-controlled company and it has strong re the products quality andenhancing the technological level of products. Also it is presentativeness in iron and steelenterprises,it play an irreplaceable role in the market competition Researching WISCO’Scustomer service system,will contribute to looking for WISCO’S new competitive advantage as alarge state-owned enterprise.Thoroughly analysis of related theories of customer service system.In-depth discussion oncustomer service system’s current situation and problems.Solutions from different angles to ashow to improve WISCO’s customer service system. My thesis is divided into six parts:1stpart:summarize the current situation of Chinese iron and steel industry and come up with thesignificance of improving customer service system to enterprises.2ndpart: introduce domesticand foreign theories on related topic and define customer service system.3rdpart: primary focusof the thesis, discuss the current situation of WISCO’s customer service system and makethorough analysis.4thpart: analyze customer service system of advanced domestic enterprisesand seek for their experience.5th part: give some suggestions as how to improve WISCO’scustomer service system.6thpart: summarize the whole thesis.
