The21st century is the century of competition, especially in the talent competition isparticularly important, whether it is the birth, operation and growth of the organization, orproduction of products or services and innovations, all basis on human. In addition,research on organizations lack overall systematic research, the system analysis hasimportant significance. In this paper, base on combination of the ideology and systemtheory,talk about the organization defined, organizational model and organizationaldevelopment issues.First, overview of different scholars awareness of the organization, different schoolsof thought on organization theory research progress; Second, on organizationaldevelopment issues, talk about organizational environment, organizational culture and thelife cycle; Finally elaborate the concepts, characteristics and elements of organizationalcore competencies.With all the organic research of the organization, and learn from the study oftraditional Chinese medicine theory, analog elements constitute organizations, contrastdifferent types of organizations, at last build organizational model. According to thedevelopment factor of personal characters, this paper analyzes the factors of organizationaldevelopment. By congenital factors and environmental factors affect human development,and character development different individuals, and thus research on organizationdevelopment starting from the internal and external environmental.Finally, take Beijing-Hengshui Management Office of Heibei as a example,conducted a sample survey of the members’ demand, then calculate statistical data baseon SPSS analysis. At last building the organizational model and the core competitiveness.The purpose of this study is to hope that find a clear understanding of the complexsystem organization’s operation, and provide a useful reference for the leader of theorganization and management.
