Research On Competitiveness Enhancement Strategy Of Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park

As an important economic phenomenon,the industrial park plays an important role in promoting the development of the regional economy,and the magnitude of this effect mainly depends on the competitiveness of the industrial park.At present,foreign scholars have conducted a large number of theoretical and empirical studies on the improvement of competitiveness,and formed a relatively complete theoretical system.As far as China is concerned,although scholars have fully borrowed advanced foreign theories,and have carried out a series of studies in accordance with the actual conditions of China in accordance with local conditions.However,our country’s research on the competitiveness of biomedical industrial parks is not deep.To this end,this article takes Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park as a starting point,explores the issue of enhancing the competitiveness of the Industrial Park,and improves the theoretical research of the competitiveness of the Biomedical Industrial Park.Lanzhou City,Gansu Province has a century of history in the biomedical industry.Since the Ministry of Science and Technology approved the Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park in 2014,most biomedical companies in Lanzhou have settled in the park and gradually formed a four-in-one development of the biomedical industry,scientific research,logistics cold chain,and traditional Chinese medicine base.The development of the industrial park has promoted the cooperation between enterprises,promoted the development of the county economy,promoted the establishment of the Lanzhou Sub-Centre,reduced the cost of biomedical companies,increased the company’s ability to transform results,and improved Lanzhou’s biomedical industry.Competitiveness plays an important role.This article first summarizes and sorts out the domestic and foreign scholars’ competitiveness,industrial park competitiveness,and characteristics of the biomedical industry;using SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of the current Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park,showing that The industrial park has obvious advantages in the processing of traditional Chinese medicine and proprietary Chinese medicines,logistics and transportation,and policy support,but it is at a disadvantage in terms of cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes,and exchanges between enterprises.The GEM model is used from the perspective of infrastructure,corporate competitiveness,and market competitiveness.Starting from a comprehensive analysis of the factors affecting the competitiveness of Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park,the results show that the industrial park is currently competitive,in which infrastructure and local markets have played a major role in the development of the industrial park,and Technological innovation,foreign markets,corporate structures and strategies are inadequate,and are the direction to enhance competitiveness;then the experience of the Danish Biomedical Valley and Taizhou Biomedical Industrial Park to form a strong competitiveness is combed.On the basis of the above research,this article proposes strategic suggestions to improve the competitiveness of Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park,that is,to make full use of high-quality natural resources to improve cluster development support;increase research investment to promote industry-university-research cooperation;build a cooperative exchange platform;Industrial structure;attach importance to intellectual property protection;strengthen cooperation within and outside the cluster area;be bold in exploring external markets.The research on the competitiveness of Lanzhou Hi-Tech Biomedical Industrial Park will help to continually consolidate the development advantages of the industrial park,and then promote the development of Lanzhou regional economy and even the national biomedical industry.
