Team-based working has become an efficient model of work organization whichis widely used to achieve organizational performance and its importance has been acommon consensus between schlars and practitioners. Recently, the research on howto improve Team Performance and Team-member Performace has become the focusof study. Based on the previous study and literature, this paper finds that there aresome study on how team learning influnces on the Team-member Performace. However, few researches have put Perceived Organizational Support in team (TPOS)as a critical factor of Team Learning and Team-member Performace. Finally, the mostimportant is that the study about the mechanism of Team-member PerceivedOrganizational Support, Team learning and Team-member Performance provides agood opportunity for this paper.Through the literature review and theoretical analysis, this paper has definedTeam-member Perceived Organizational Support (TPOS). At the same time, thisresearch constructs a theoretical model, puts forward the related hypothesis anddiscusses the mechanism of TPOS, Team learning and Team-member Performance. Inthe part of empirical study, this paper proves the proposed hypothesis by carrying outExploratory Factor Analysis (Principal Component Analysis), Confirmatory FactorAnalysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Linear Regression et al with the statisticsoftware SPSS17.0and AMOS7.0. At last, this paper makes a conclusion and givessome suggestions, limitations and prospects for this research. Conclusions of this study:1. According to the research on Perceived Organizational Support of Eisenberger(1986) and McMillin (1997).This study gives a concept of Team-member PerceivedOrganizational Support. And also, this study proposes a two-dimension structure ofTPOS and uses empirical syudy to demonstrates it; There is a positive relationshipbetween TPOS and Team Learning; There is a positive correlation between TPOS andTeam-member Performance.2. This study gives a further validation of four-dimension structure of TeamLearning and two-dimension strcture of Team-member Performance; there is apositive relationship between Team Learning and Team-member Performance; TeamLearning has a positive effect on Team-member Task Performance; Team Learninghas a positive effect on Team-member Contextual Performance. 3. Finally, the study discusses the relationship among Team-member PerceivedOrganizational Support, Team Learning and Team-member Performance. On one hand,Team-member Perceived Organizational Support can forecast Team-memberPerformance at a significant level directly; on other hand, Team-member PerceivedOrganizational Support has s significant impact on Team-member Performancethrough Team Learning. Team Learning paly a role of intermedidry betweenTeam-member Perceived Organizational Support and Team-member Performance.
