Research On Satisfaction Of Construction Project Management

With our country having been a member of WTO(Word Trade Organization), many foreign project management companies have entered the domestic market. It has a great influence on domestic engineering consulting industry. We must establish and perfect the project management service system in order to adapt to the market mechanism function. The project management company's success depends on his ability to satisfy customers, there is no doubt that making customer as satisfied as possible is an essential task for any firm in the construction industry regardless of the construction-related products or services they provide.The paper first introduced the project management service and satisfaction theory, found an evaluation system of project management services assessment and have a empirical research with the satisfaction evaluation result. The paper established a detailed and specific project management evaluation system through analyzing the project management company services content and China Project Management Body of Knowledge. Then the paper design a questionnaire according to the proposed assessment system, the data of satisfaction were collected through the issuance of questionnaires interviewer. At last, this paper analyzes the data collected by the descriptive statistical analysis of software SPSS and a quarter of graph analysis model and improved TSPM calculation rules. Through the SPSS analysis, evaluation system has been optimized. The conclusion analyzed by Quarter of the graph model and the modified rules TSPM is consistently, it proved the assessment system is feasible.The research results will have a certain reference in improving project management performance evaluation and project management company level.
