The article is based on a macro background that is the ever-accelerating globalization of China’s economy, international competition and cooperation to further strengthen, and the national strategy "direct the technology for abroad". The sample is a state-owned major consulting company of China, the article analysis the marketing tactics for the international consulting business of the company and it is considered from the actual situation of the company and based on the modern marketing theory. Through the anglicizing of the problems of the business, a scientific and operational marketing tactics will be re-designed. The new marketing tactics shall be constantly improved through the practices of the Company which make the company well understanding of Marketing and realize the sustainable development. The research could be a certain reference to the other similar companies.The international business of the company found some problems, according with the analysis of the development and the model of marketing. To solve these problems, the article studied and summarized the characteristics of the international business. It also studied the enterprise external environment based on the PEST analysis, including the political environment, economic environment, social and cultural environment and technological environment. The SWOT and STP analysis is used to study the market positioning. The studies make the internal and external environment of company more clear and more scientific.The design of the marketing tactics of the international business for the company was based on the modern Marketing Theory. The frameworks of design came from4Ps theory, and fused the4Cs theory and4Rs theory. The article also suggested the implementation method and assurance measures based on the company’s situation to make the design effective in reality.
