| Banks as special enterprises operating currency, direct relation with the national economic and financial stability and development. In the economic and financial globalization background, China Construction Bank are faced with many new problems and new challenges, especially in recent years, violations of the laws and regulations on illegal events were frequent and appeared large amounts of bad loans and bad debts, etc. Investigate the main reason, because of banks’ bad internal risk control and risk management level behind the business development. In this case, the research on how to perfect the internal risk control system and improve the ability to resist risks, it has more realistic significance.This thesis embarks from the reality of the branch of China Construction Bank, applying internal risk control theory and case, combined with domestic and international important laws and regulations system, discusses the review of internal risk control development course of global commercial banks,references several advanced overseas banks’internal risk control models,analyzes the present internal risk control of China Construction Bank and even under the Tai’an branch,also based on the existing main problems puts forward improvement measures and programs.The emphasis on perfecting internal risk control system of China Construction Bank is the key changing to create value for shareholders concept, to "strong head office-weak branch" manage system, to the risk control mechanism of the capital intensification, to the overall risk management, to the general management structure, to the internationalization to the process bank, etc.According to improve the governance structure problem as China Construction Bank risk management efforts, specifically formulated for the short and long term strategy. In addition,this thesis special proposes to balance the internal control and efficiency by means of process management, and provide the example analysis of internal risk control. |
