Training evaluation is the activities of collecting training information and then analysising training result to decide whether training is effective or not. From1980s, training develop fast in China, however training evaluation is always the challenge for training managers because it is difficult to execute. With the impact of international financial crisis and the cost increasing of raw materials, manufacturing industry pay more attention to cost. The management’s focus on training changed from training volume to training effectiveness. Training evaluation become training manager’s focus as well. This article introduces the training evaluation principles/processes/methods based on relevant theories and the practices of BS company.There are four chapters in this article, they are introduction\current status of training evaluation in BS company\training evaluation design for BS company\conclusion. Firstly, it introduces the article background and purpose briefly,also introduces some training relevant concepts and training process, the current academic research status about training evaluation in the world as well; and then it introducs some basic information about BS company, at the same time analysises the problems in BS company about training evaluation and find the reasons; at last it designs the training evaluation principles/processes/methods, futhurmore it evaluates some training samples in BS company by introduced evaluation methods.The result can give some reference information to electronics manufacturing industry.
