Research On Structure Of Pension Cost For Rural Residents In Less-developed Area

China’s ageing population has unique features, which are both old before wealth and unbalance of town and country, According to the statistics of the population, the population level in rural1.24percentage points higher than the number in cities and towns. Under the background of the strong demand of endowment, the vulnerability of rural elderly is more significantly, thus eliminating aged poor, ensure the life needs of rural elderly population, not only involves the dignity of the elderly, but also in relation to the resource allocation efficiency, social poverty environment and building harmonious society, etc.The connotation of endowment is abundant, which includes not only the economic support, but also including life care and mental comforting. Because of China’s rural economic development level is not high, add rural elderly care for life and mental comforting requirements are relatively low, because the economic support problem is life care and mental comfort level can effectively improve the premise and basis of the rural old-age, so the deciding factor and the core is economic independence and support.Based on the old aged cost is needed in the process of endowment of food, clothing, shelter and medical treatment of the material resources needed to supply the overall level of economic support, is the most direct embodiment. Due to the pension costs in different area shows significant difference, this paper is mainly consist of four aspects:Firstly, location analyisis of pension costs, which includes:defination of less-developed area; concept, classification and characteristics of pension cost, besides cost-benefit anysis.Secondly, making an in-depth investigation and analyis into living status of rual elderly population in thirteen administrative village about Susong county Anhui province, The purpose is to make classification statistics about economical standard and pension cost, evaluate structure of pension at the same time.Thirdly, the paper adopts regression and factor analysis to analyze influencing facor and consistion, probing the ability of households to pay pension and reasons giving rist ot the delight of payment.Lastly, author provides suggestions to reduce the loss of income sources in the risk of life after optimizing endowment the cost structure from many aspects, including improving capacility to pay pension cost generally, optimizing internal structure of pension cost and ensuring social security to adapt it to elderly population in less-developed areas.
